Digiicampus’ Admission Management Module allows you to integrate with Lead Management CRMs, automating your entire enrollment process. With CRM integration, any lead generated is automatically reflected on the Digiicampus platform. This integration gives you the benefit of capturing the initial data of the leads directly to Digiicampus. With all the applicant data added to Digiicampus, it becomes easier to immediately know how many students are meeting the eligibility criteria of different programmes. This also makes the fee process much easier to initiate.
Payment Gateways
Integrating your Digiicampus platform with payment gateways allows you to collect all kinds of payments – Fees, Dues, Paid events, Shuttle Booking, with an option to add as many gateways of your choice and enable or disable a gateway for any payment. Thus, reducing the online payment failure rate. For fee collection, each gateway can be mapped at a programme year level, with students having the visibility of transaction charges associated with that gateway for transparency. With a huge potential to increase the success rate of fee collection, integrating multiple payment gateways enables you to have a cashless and contactless campus.
Loan Providers
Loan integration provides a similar experience as for payment gateway. Instead of selecting a payment gateway on Digiicampus for submission of fees, students can choose the “avail loan” option and go through the approval process of the loan provider. This will aid the finance team in collecting fees faster and reduce the delay in fee collection by integrating with loan providers of their choice and activating the loan option for specific fee plans. You can also sync the Master Data with the Loan Providers and settle the Loan Approval with Fee Modules in real-time. The fee will be processed much faster as a result of this.
Accounting
Integrating Digiicampus’ platform with Tally allows you to eliminate all the manual interventions from the accounting processes of your institution. Once different payments – academic fee, hostel payment, examination fee, dues, etc. are submitted on the Digiicampus platform, all the payment details get automatically synced with Tally in the ledger system that you have, for real-time reconciliation. Thus, making the accounting process hassle-free and completely digital.
Plagiarism Solutions
Digiicampus’ Learning Management System (LMS) module provides an integration with Turnitin to ensure the originality of written assignments. Once students submit their online assignments on Digiicampus, faculties get a plagiarism score on the Digiicampus platform itself, instead of getting redirected to Turnitin and coming back every time. This gives you a feel of Turnitin being part of Digiicampus, thus enabling a smooth and seamless experience of checking assignments while ensuring academic authenticity and integrity in online learning.
Video Conferencing
There’s not a single doubt that online classes have become a new norm for institutions across the globe. Thus, our Learning Management System’s integration with video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet allows faculties to seamlessly manage online classes on the Digiicampus platform. Whenever faculty schedules a class on any of these platforms, the link is directly reflected in the outlook calendar of the student audience mapped to that class, with an option for faculties to create, edit and delete sessions in real-time. Thus, facilitating a blended learning experience for students.
Hardware
Digiicampus allows tracking classroom attendance, hostel attendance, visitor’s entry and exit, faculty and non-teaching attendance, and updating the records in real-time by integrating with different Hardware such as Biometric, RFID Card, and Facial Recognition Camera. Administrators and hostel staff can also track the number of students on campus and outside the campus at a particular time. This integration not only provides higher efficiency to the administrators but also convenience and a good user experience for the stakeholders.
Single Sign-On
Digiicampus’ Learning Management System (LMS) allows faculty and students with the option of single sign-on for Google Suite and Microsoft Active Directory. This eliminates the need for using too much software as everything becomes easily available through their Digiicampus platform. Log in to these platforms are a prerequisite for online classes. Once the Digiicampus platform is integrated with Google Suite and Microsoft Directory, students and faculty can log in without the need of remembering too many passwords. Library Management
