Recruitment Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the Open Application form (“Share your skills”) on the Digii Careers site.
Effective date: [To be confirmed by HR/Legal]
Who is responsible
Legal entity: [Legal entity name: to be confirmed by HR/Legal]
Privacy / grievance contact: [Privacy or grievance contact details: to be confirmed by HR/Legal]
What we collect
Details you enter in the form:
- Full name, email address, phone number and current city
- The skills you pick from a list of 14
- Where you are right now (one of four choices) and, if you choose, your years of work experience
- What you would like to work on next (optional free text)
- Your CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB)
- A LinkedIn, portfolio or project link (optional)
Details the site adds:
- A “Teams that may fit” label, worked out automatically from the skills you pick. It is a suggestion stored with your entry, not a decision by a person.
- The date and time of submission, an entry number, and the page address you submitted from.
Your CV may contain whatever information you chose to put in it.
Why we use it
- To review your application and see whether a team at Digii may fit.
- To contact you. A confirmation email is sent to the address you give, and a recruiter may contact you about a short call if a team fits.
Legal basis for this processing: [To be confirmed by HR/Legal]
Where your details go
- Website database. Each submission is saved as an entry in the Gravity Forms plugin on the Digii website.
- Website server. Your CV is saved as a file on the website server. Your entry holds a link to it. The CV links are signed links: anyone who has the complete, valid link can open the CV without logging in to the website.
- Email. A notification with the details you submitted, including the link to your CV, goes to Digii HR at two mailbox addresses set up for careers. You also receive a confirmation email.
- Google Sheets. Each submission is copied automatically to a Google Sheets spreadsheet used by Digii, including the link to your CV. The copy is made through a connector plugin and stored with Google.
- Google Chat. A message listing the details you submitted, including the link to your CV, is posted to a Google Chat space set up by Digii.

How long we keep it
