- 15+ new engineers and 20+ customer success experts joined us, further strengthening our commitment to excellence.
- Key leadership appointments included Jyothi Kasinath (Sr. Vice President – Operations & Partnerships) and Pavan Kumar A T (Sr. Vice President – Technology).
- We also promoted Ankita Bangabash, Manjunatha Swamy, Lakshmi S Nair, Kautuk Sharma, and Suraj Bhatt into larger leadership roles, paving the way for more growth and innovation.
The Launch of DigiiAI: Redefining Education with Artificial Intelligence
A major highlight of 2024 was the launch of DigiiAI – our AI-powered solution designed to bring cutting-edge automation and intelligent support to higher education. DigiiAI leverages artificial intelligence to enhance classroom management, personalize learning experiences, and automate administrative tasks, making education more efficient, engaging, and accessible.
Built on Amazon Web Services (AWS)’ generative AI technology – Amazon Bedrock, “DigiiAI,” aims to transform student and faculty experience using generative artificial intelligence.
Launch of the Student Experience Framework with KPMG
KPMG launched the Student Experience Framework in collaboration with Digii at Digii100 Summit 2024. This groundbreaking initiative provides higher education institutions with a comprehensive roadmap to boost student engagement and learning outcomes, reinforcing our commitment to a student-first approach.
Digital Transformation Booklet
We introduced the Digital Transformation Booklet – a comprehensive guide to help institutions navigate the digital age and implement tech-driven solutions for greater efficiency and success.
The joint knowledge book highlights the success stories of digital transformation and exemplary approaches to adopting technology in the realm of higher education.
Team Adventures & Celebrations: Digiiday 2024!
We believe in building strong teams and celebrating success together! This year, we took our team offsite to Ramnagar, bonding over team-building activities and making memories that will last a lifetime.
And of course, Digiiday – our 11th Foundation Day – was a day to reflect on all we’ve achieved and all the incredible milestones ahead.

The 2nd edition of our flagship event, Digii100 Summit 2024, was a resounding success! It brought together 250+ top education and technology leaders, policymakers, and innovators. Featuring 6 panels, 5 roundtables, 3 masterclasses, and a keynote session, the summit celebrated 100 HEIs for pioneering digital transformation.
