   – To uphold ethical standards, law students must declare any criminal records, including ongoing cases, convictions, or acquittals. A non-disclosure will lead to the withholding of mark sheets and degrees.

   – CLEs are required to report these cases to the BCI and await their decision before issuing final documentation.

3. Declaration on Simultaneous Degree Programs

   – In accordance with the Rules of Legal Education, students are prohibited from pursuing another degree program simultaneously with their LL.B. course, except for certain short-term or distance learning programs.

   – Violations of this rule will result in the withholding of final mark sheets or degrees.

4. Employment Status Compliance

   – Students must declare if they were engaged in employment during their LL.B. program without an NOC. Non-compliance will affect eligibility for enrollment in any State Bar Council.

   – CLEs must report cases of employment to the BCI and await approval before issuing degrees.
