About the role
You will work alongside the Product Manager who leads your modules. You will turn defined problems into specs engineering can build from, test builds against them, and catch issues before customers do. Your scope grows as you show sound judgement.
What you will work on

Write specs, user stories and acceptance criteria for your features

Investigate product issues and find their root cause

Join customer calls and spot patterns across institutions
You will do well here if
You have 1 to 2 years in product, business analysis, engineering or a related role
You notice what a requirement leaves unsaid
You follow a feature through to release, not just the spec
