About the role
You will own delivery across several modules. You will work with Customer Success to understand what each institution needs, write PRDs the development team can act on, and track delivery through to release. After launch, you will see which features get used, and find out why some do not.
What you will work on

You will do well here if
You have 3 to 6 years as a program manager, product manager or business analyst
You write structured PRDs without heavy guidance
You keep many people informed and follow every task through
