Your questions about the offer and joining

In every interview

We’d love to meet the real you.

We’ll show up as ourselves, and we hope you will too.

Before:

use AI to research us, prepare for each conversation and polish your CV. We’d do the same in your place, so go for it.

During:

please don’t use AI assistants, bots or anyone answering for you. If we notice it, we may have to end the interview.

Always welcome:

any assistive technology you use for a disability. Just let your recruiter know what you need.

Questions we hear a lot.

Don’t see yours? Your recruiter is happy to help.

Something else on your mind?

Write to your recruiter, and we’ll get back to you.

How long does it all take?

The timeline depends on the role, from the first call to an offer. Your recruiter will share the timeline for your role up front, and keep you posted if anything changes.

Will I hear back if it’s not a yes?

Yes. We aim to let everyone who interviews with us know the outcome by email. And if you’d like feedback, just ask your recruiter.

Will interviews be online or in person?

Interviews are mostly held online. Your recruiter will tell you the format well in advance.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Of course. Apply for the ones that fit you. If two feel close, tell your recruiter and they’ll help you pick where to start.

I’ve taken a career break, or I’m changing fields. Will that count against me?

Not at all. We care about what you can do and what you want to do next. You don’t need to explain a gap.

I need an adjustment for my interview. Who do I tell?

Just tell your recruiter when they reach out. Extra time, captions, a different format or assistive tech are all fine, and we’ll have it set up before you join.

Ready when you are

Your first step is a simple chat.

Find a role that feels right, apply in a few minutes, and we’ll take it from there.
